Chain Reaction
Challenge Foundation

Where does your money go?

All funds raised in the Microsoft Kilometres for Kids Challenge will go to support children’s charities through the Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation.

Based in Australia, Chain Reaction raises funds to support charities where a tangible benefit is achieved. Founded in 2007, the Foundation has raised over $30 Million from their events and funded some pretty incredible projects and programs including:

  • NICU medical equipment
  • in-hospital programs for hospitalised children
  • Paediatric ambulances
  • medical research into birth defects and diseases
  • early learning intervention for Autism
  • 2 children’s hospices, just to name a few.

All charities must support children 0-18 and must have a tangible outcome, not cover administrative costs or other non-specific expenses.
